10/31/2005: "HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!"

Hello everyone!!

Can you believe it's already the end of October? I know we all probably say this every year, but really....WHERE DID THIS YEAR GO?? I am excited about the holiday season. Aren't we always excited about that though? I was just up in San Francisco visiting some friends of mine and it was nice and chilly and I loved it. The weather here in L.A. is always so nice and warm(which is really awesome) but it was cool(get it:)) to be in chilly weather again. I hope to make a trip up there again sometime in December to do some Holiday shopping in Union Square...I love that city.

Anyhoo, how is everyone doing? It's been awhile since I last checked in. It's been a crazy schedule for Hi-5 lately. We've actually had some breathing time in the last couple of weeks. It's been great to be home for more than 2 days. I'm having fun doing simple things like going to the grocery store, or the post office, oh and catching up on all of my TIVO shows! I don't know how I ever lived without it!

Speaking of, is everyone enjoying the new episodes?? I'm so glad that you guys have finally seen it!! It was so hard to not talk about it! I've been TIVOing the show every morning on both channels and it's so neat to see the final product. I really hope you guys are loving it. We're really happy with it. Now that it's gone back to the old episodes though, I've been watching those too! It's like watching old home videos to me. It was sooo long ago and I haven't watched in them awhile. I have so much fun with the other 4. It's so cool to think that those times in our lives are recorded forever!

Does everyone have big plans for tonight?? I wanna see everyone's costumes!! I went to a little party on Saturday and I dressed up as Rainbow Brite! It was fun. I used to bring my Rainbow Brite doll to school everyday when I was in the 3rd grade, so it was really cool to actually be her! Tell me who you're dressed up as this year!! Send me pics and stories or post them on my board! That would be cool, I can't wait!!

Okay, well I'm not quite sure if I'm going to go out tonight or not. I'm going over to a friends house and we're going to pass out candy, I'm totally looking forward to that. I'm bummed that I can't pass out goodies to all of you tonight, but I do have a little surprise. For those of you who don't know, I was HUUUUUUUGE "Jem and the Holograms" fan when I was a little girl. I LOVED THAT SHOW!! In fact, I just recently bought all the episodes on DVD through amazon(love that place!) and it's so much fun to watch. Anyhoo, one Halloween I really,really,really wanted to dress up as her but there were no costumes out there. So my Grandma(who is one of the coolest grandmas ever!) made me an outfit....and here it is!
